Hello,
We’ve finally moved house — hooray! It’s been an utterly stressful month, full of ups and downs.
Yesterday we had our first Sunday lunch — I made a simple trahana with fresh tomato sauce. It was jolly good! For those who aren’t familiar, trahana is a fermented grain pasta, a true staple of Greek cuisine — I like to call it the Greek porridge!
Thank you all so much for your support. I’m aiming to send you my first recipe from my new (old) kitchen later this week.
